This spring, one of the original chefs on the Las Vegas scene, Kerry Simon, joins forces with business partner Elizabeth Blau and local visionary George Maloof to open the chef’s new eponymous restaurant at Palms Place.
Simon at Palms Place aims to be not only the destination for travelers, but for locals as well. Sophisticated yet crowd-pleasing, the inventive menu features steak, seafood and sushi. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Simon at Palms Place features a sushi bar, two chef’s tables, a sexy lounge and a sparkling view of the Las Vegas Strip.
